Tasty and definitely helps with PMS
Absolutely love this tea! It has a minty flavor that is so refreshing and delicious with a little honey. I think it truly helped with my PMS symptoms, so I definitely will buy more of this tea.

Alleviates period discomfort
I don't if it is psychological but I think it helps my period. it is nice to taste...light and liquorice like ...no caffeine. anyone can drink it I think.

Love this tea
Love this tea.. refreshing and helps me with cramps most of the time. I start 2-3 days before my periods start and take it throughout my periods.. definitely recommend.

This healthy cycle tea is awesome!! It has helped immensely with my cramps! Even seemed to help with my mood swings. I highly recommend.

So good.
Love it. Its minty and I love minty stuff. But the orange definitely don't pick up the notes. Raspberry do flavor that.

Delivery stinks when they send Open Crushed Boxes
I recommend the brand 100% as it helps with severe cramping. You just gotta use about 3-4 bags per day for a couple of days to see a change in your pain and flow of cycle. Highly recommended but Walmart shouldn't have put a tiny box of tea in with heavy items and poor shipping cushions. Not happy with Walmart's poor handling.

Didnt work for me
Yea did not work for me. The taste was fine and it did not have a huge smell which I like. I am not happy with this product.
