Got this for my husband who always seems to have digestive issues while traveling. He did not follow instructions as indicated on package but still seemed to have less issues than he usually does so this may have helped him. I may need to get another box for our next trip and make sure he takes them correctly this time.

This is a great preventative measure when you are traveling overseas. Take a tablet before each meal. Take a few tabs %26 put them in your purse or pocket so you always have them on you.

I have been using this supplement as a preventitive. I get an upset stomach if I each out often while traveling. Sometimes even IBS. I am taking the supplement to keep my stomach feeling well and avoiding any untimely bloating and upsets.

We are major travelers and my hubby has often had stomach problems and so we chose these for the convenience of the box size for putting in our carry on luggage, plus for the anti diarrhea/other symptom help and for the support side of things. They will definitely be along for each trip we do.

I haven't yet had the opportunity to use this, hence the four stars instead of five. The pills look to be on the large side, but they seem to be shaped so that they are easy to swallow. The ingredient list is reassuring, because the caplets don't have a bunch of fillers or chemicals. After getting violently ill on my recent trip to Costa Rica, I am definitely bringing these on my upcoming trip to Peru! Having protection against digestive problems takes one of the stressors of travel away.

Test before taking on vacation and using. We tested this a week before our vacation. It did the opposite of what was expected. Very glad we tried it while home! I'm not sure why the mix had that effect. I take colostrum daily. Disappointed we won't be using it for what it was intended for but we can use it for the opposite!
