The product arrived earlier than expected, I started taking it right away. I was looking for different magnesium options, but this brand caught my attention because it seemed the most complete based on the description and I really wasn't wrong, my sleep automatically began to improve as well as my energy and concentration, I feel more focused in my daily work routine, and my body more relaxed and this makes me feel in a better mood and happier every day.

I've been using this product for years, I suffer from muscle spasms and if I miss a dose it's unbearable, as long as I take this I'm good. I just check for the better deals so this time it was Walmart.

It is very helpful for sleeping

This product worked to calm anxiety, but it knocked me out. I even poured out the contents of the capsules (after consulting the website) and sprinkled a much smaller amount in food and it still made me too drowsy. I can't have caffeine, but for those that can, this may work well for you at night as long as you caffeinate in the morning.
