Great Product
Religiously, I take in the morning as directed on an empty stomach. When I first ordered the product, purchased as one time purchase, and now this month I added an automatic subscription, so I never run out. I can say, I do see a significant difference in my gut health. Highly recommend to anyone who is truly interested in improving their health.

Tremendous increase in B12 blood tests
My mother had pernicious anemia. My sister, her son and I have shown low levels of B12. I had a level of 400, which is low for my age group. I decided to use a sublingual liquid form since pernicious anemia can affect the gastric system and the ability to absorb B12. After taking the sublingual liquid Triquetra 5000mcg for a few months, when they retested me, I had a level of 1900+. So, yes, I definitely recommend this!

The content is good
Please do NOT add red food dye to the product. It's absolutely unnecessary. It gets on my clothes so easily and doesn't come off. You also might want to add a nick on the plastic packaging wrapped around the top of the bottle, so we can actually open it without risk of having it spill everywhere (again, get rid of the red food dye, please).
