Triquetra Health L-Methylfolate (15 mg) Plus Methyl B12 Capsules

I bought this particular type because I understand that a lot of people. I have a problem, metabolizing, folate that they put in almost all the food so there's some gene, but I couldn't afford to get a genetic test. So I just assumed that this would be a better product for most people. And I am starting on my second bottle and I am happy with this product. And I would I recommend it to others.

Work very well for my husband. He has a family history of MTHFR mutation and had an issue with brain fog. Since taking these his brain fog has significantly reduced and he is feeling better! Also seems to be helping with mild hairloss related to prescription medication.

I'm not sure it worked. I took it for a month %26 the entire time, I had an upset stomach. I stopped taking it once I realized that this was what was causing it. The upset stomach stopped as soon as I stopped taking it.

The pills have a taste of fungus not sure it is the outer shell of the capsules. I had this happen with another pill and it turned my tongue white and found out it was fungus that had developed on my tongue, Again not sure if this will be the case but it taste the same and had to throw the pills away

This does not work like the pure form of FOLIC ACID. This product did not work at all for my daughter whom has been on pure methyl folate and upon switching to this brand it did not work at all to help to optimize her mental health and MTHFR-5 medications..
