Garden of Life Dr. Formulated Probiotics Once Daily, 30 Vegetarian Capsules

The first couple I took I saw a difference and taken daily, I'm now good to go. Literally. Lol. Highly recommend!

Back drop, I do have issues with being regular but I never went to a doctor for it or was diagnosed with any GI issues. I maybe go twice a week if I'm luck but more than that is a no go. I have never taken probiotics before either although if I'd had know the great benefits I would have started sooner. These probiotics really work. I have been taking them for the last 4 days and the next day I have been able to go. Easily, not straining. My stomach has been less bloated. I really am surprised. I will continue to use this product going forward

I haven't had any problem with when I take these (morning/night, with or without food). I like that it's just one pill a day. The picture shows it is smaller than my multivitamin and omega-3 pills.

I got this after I had gotten some pretty bad food poisoning and started taking this to resettle my stomach and it really helped. I was sick for about 3 days then started taking this since a friend recommended I take some probiotics to repopulated my gut bacteria and I feel like it really helped to stabilize my stomach.

I love that they are gluten, dairy, and soy free. I noticed that I didn't feel bloated. I had more productive bowel movements right away as well. I am happy continuing with these daily.

Dairy free soy free gluten free. Vegetarian. Arrive alive probiotics. I noticed right away that it helps ease my symptoms of bloating and helps keep me regular. Gut health is so important and has been said to be linked to overall health. It's very important for me.

High in acidophilus ( more than other brands) (actually list acidophilus on label. Good quality and value. Easy to digest and use.

It's a good product but too expensive for me....
