I was having some pain in my upper right quadrant and I went to the doctor and there was no reason according to them, however knowing about functional medicine, even though my labs didn't show inflammation you could could tell I have some inflammatory markers, so I decided to start to focus on my liver more.. low carb diet mostly, no added sugar, some fasting and this liver cleanse. I feel clearer and more energized. Very grateful that Gaia makes such high quality products. Supplements should also be high quality-it's like food.

I suspect I have a sluggish liver and after lots of research, I found out that dandelion, milk thystle and other herbs can help. I bought this supplement over others because the ingredients are cleaner, which is important when trying to detox of harmful compounds. I think the quality of this supplement is superior to others from what I can tell so far. I love that it comes in a glass bottle, not plastic. The dosage may be a little low for a 5'8" 233 lbs. woman, so I will double it after 1 month of use. The size of the bottle is good as it's meant to last 2 months (1 month after I double it). I'm seeing some benefits already after only 2 weeks of use. I've experienced reduced appetite, better sleep, more energy and slowly improving bowel moments. I only eat two meals a day most days, so it's easy for me to take this supplement before meals. I take it half an hour before I eat. The supplement has a herbaceous smell and taste, but it's not unpleasant. I usually take it with 16 oz. of plain or lemon water and have a meal after at least 30 minutes bit usually a bit longer. Will update review after 4 month treatment.

I have a liver problem because of gallbladder . I tried it,cannot say it helps or no due I take just one bottle and thinking to continue. Ingredients are good,size of pill are normal ,quantity is great . Will update my review later .
