Natural relief for the sinuses
This provides me a measure of relief from my sinus and allergy problems. But I noticed that when I get hot and sweaty, sometimes I seem to smell like a pizza.

Oil of oregano anti of everything. Yes antiviral anti fungal antibacterial Immune Protection antihistamines too. I take it once to twice a week. If I have a cold daily for a week.
