My 3 year old son had a horrible reaction to this vitamin. The ad said it would improve his mood and lessen tantrums so that's why I bought it. I guess I didn't realize it's supposed to give you energy. I've tried this a handful of times on him and each time it has been a disaster. He starts bouncing off the walls. He goes wild for several hours. It's like it makes him manic. It takes him several hours to calm down and return to his normal self. So I stopped giving it to him. I take it now in the morning with my D3 and methylene blue and it does seem to give me a boost to get things done. I don't have any negative reaction to it. Perhaps he does bc he's little but he's honestly very tall and stocky for his age. Most ppl think he's a 5 year old but he just turned 3.

I gave this to my son %26 on day one when he went to sleep that night he woke up with 104 fever and hallucinating. It was literally the most traumatic experience I've ever experienced when it comes to giving my son something new. I've done my research on it and I've seen several other parents say that the same thing happened to their kid and it still happening the lady that lives down the road her kid takes it and wakes up in the middle of the night, screaming and running around the house saying that someone has chasing her because she is hallucinating so bad . I would not recommend this at all.
