Troy-Bilt 25cc Gas Leaf Blower, TB430

Arrived with broken choke lever which I understand is a very common part to break. Walmart refunded it gladly. And I've noticed in the 2026 design that's now being sold that carburetor lover has been moved to an internal position of the carburetor so it's not so exposed anymore. This might prevent it from happening in the future. It looks like a very smart redesign.

This is the 2nd one I have had. First was about 6 yrs old. It is very easy to operate for women and older people. Starts on 2nd pull and very powerful blowing power. Continue to recommend to my friends. A plus in my book.

Not to heavy, has good air pressure that blows out. Easy start, always on first pull.

Real nice blower. Started right up. Using the recommended tru fuel premix. Packaged well. Shipped faster than expected.

The pulll rope is too thin besides that it looks like it's a pretty good deal

I had a TB430 for 5 years and was great. Finally died, and was looking for a new blower. Read how the TB430 has starting issues after short time. I bought one anyway because my previous one was great for years. Well the recent reviews were right. I should never have bought another one. Worked fine for two weeks now can't even get it started. Very disappointed in it

Follow the starting and set up directions exactly with clean fuel and the exact amounts. It only ran for 10 minutes then would not start again. The next day tried it again, started and ran for 10 minutes. I wanted to return it but Troy built would not allow that. I had to drive it 45 miles away to an authorized business to assess it and fix it. Still waiting and regret the purchase. They do not accept returns.

Used very little. Worked fine the first year. Got worse last year and quit running all together. Still looks brand new because I seldom use it. Took it to two different small engine repair shops and they refused to work on Troy Bilt, saying it would cost more to fix it than buy a new one! Guess I'll buy a new one, but NOT A TROY BILT!

I bought thus two years ago, the first fall season was good. Gave up trying to start and run it last fall, this year same issues. Fresh fuel and plug, no luck. The carb screws aren't accessible without disassembling most of the unit. Look elsewhere my friend!
