5/5 Stars – Truff Black Truffle Marinara is straight-up luxury in a jar Look, I've eaten my weight in marinara over the years, and most of it is... fine. This? This is the cheat code. The ripe tomatoes bring that classic bright, hearty base, but then the black winter truffle sneaks in with this earthy, umami depth that makes every bite feel fancy without trying too hard. There's a subtle kick from the red chili peppers (not overwhelming, just enough to wake things up), and the herbs round it out perfectly. No weird aftertaste, no “truffle oil gone wrong” vibes—just balanced, rich, gourmet flavor. Poured it over spaghetti, added some parm and meatballs, and suddenly Tuesday dinner felt like a date night flex. If you want to level up your pasta game without actually cooking for hours, grab this. Worth every penny. 5 stars, no notes. Truff just won my sauce loyalty forever. 🍝✨
In keeping with their fabulous and tasty hot sauces the new pasta sauces are out of this world delicious. We had the Black Truffle Pomodoro the other night with linguini and meatballs. Can't wait to try the Arrabbiata, maybe with clams and pasta. Yum!
I exercised 6 days a week and ate healthy (for the most part), mostly fish but the occasional steak or pork carnitas was always a treat. Then I had a mild heart attack. So I decided to lay off all meat and eat only zero cholesterol foods (except for fish). I got easily tired of the same stuff. But this. This adds an amazing kick of flavor on so many of my vegetarian dishes. I don't go a week without adding it to at least 2-3 meals, sometimes more.
First off, their hot sauce is literally to die for. They figured out the perfect combination of spicy! The white hot sauce is my absolute favorite & I use it all of the time. I was so intrigued to try the pasta sauce, so of course we bought the two pack of both flavors. We ended up making a gnocchi dish with zucchini, bell peppers, broccoli & a sweet Italian sausage. IT WAS AMAZING. Never ever buying a different pasta sauce again.
What a delight - and revelation - to discover Truff sauces. Spaghetti and meatballs used to be a ho-hum go-to recipe for an easy weeknight dinner, something I'd turn to when I was too tired to cook. But when my husband and I recently tried Truff pasta sauce for the first time last week, it felt like a special date night at a fancy restaurant. How lovely to find a new product that easily turns an every day occasion into a special occasion.
Your pasta sauces are AMAZING!. In addition to using the sauce I'm on Wednesday, our regular pasta day, we enjoyed the Truff again on Friday because I ran a Half Marathon on Saturday. Not sure if it helped my time but I'll give it some of the credit.
While I like the spice provided by the pomodoro sauce, my wife has a "weak palatte" for spicy foods, so I usually cut the pomodoro with a separate pasta sauce. That being said, the truffle flavor that I'm really looking for comes through beautifully. Truffle can be an overpowering flavor, but in this case it is strong enough to still come through when mixed with other sauces!
Wasn't sure what to expect in a pasta sauce at this price point. Was a little skeptical at first. Shared a bottle with my family and kept the other. I have used a third of the bottle at a time in the pastas I make and it is fantastic. My family used the whole bottle in one go and while it was still flavorful for some, they went through it a little quicker then they wanted and it had a bit more of a kick for them.
This is my absolute favorite pasta sauce! It really makes spaghetti night a real treat and adding Truff products elevate any meal. I've ordered several items from Truff and they've all be amazing! I've had other truffle products but they definitely didn't compare to the quality of Truff!
Average at best. Hot sauce though is on point. I've had cheaper and tastier truffle pasta sauce but they've discontinued. Trying to find a decent one now. But probably won't spend the money on this kind again.
