5'6 recline position feet hang off and it's hard to close from recline position. No handle you have to use your feet and kinda ram them down just saying
EVERY THING WAS GOOD THE PACKAGE WAS A LITTLE DAMAGED BUT THE RECLINER WAS FINE THANK YOU DOES YOUR COMPANY ALSO SELL OVE SEATS OF THE SAME MATERIAL PLEASE LET ME KNOW
WOW WHAT A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THESE AND THE CHAIRS I PREVIOUSLY GOT OFF MY WALMART APP. IF YOU ARE A PENNY PINCHER ( exspecialy during x-mas ) THIS IS AN AWSOME DEAL, AND DEFFENITLY COMFY....IF I DIDN'T ALREADY HAVE ONE I'D REALLLLY LUV ONE FOR XMAS .....MERRY X-MAS EVERYONE....AND OF COARSE A HAPPY NEW YEAR.......HO....HO...HO...
Very nice chair for the money. A little firm to begin with, but I'm sure it will get broken in quickly. It was easy to assemble. Not sure what anyone could complain about there. I am 110lbs and can easily lay it back and put the foot rest down. My dad is 6'3 and 220lbs and it large enough for him. No complaints about this recliner and that it rocks is a great bonus! if you are looking for a nice piece without a big investment, I definitely recommend this chair.
i bought this for my 76 year old mom. she doesn't like traditional beds anymore but she loves sleeping in this thing. She's about 5 foot 1 inch tall, so it's big for her but she says its very cozy and she loves it. she was able to put it together herself without any help (I offered but she was too excited to wait for me). I bought this on sale at 188 and had free delivery through my membership, however, the chair did arrive about 5 days late. I was going to buy one for myself but now that the price has gone up from 188 to 246 and now 217 I'm not spending the money for a second one.
I have purchased two of these rocker recliners. The first one in November and the second one earlier this month. The chairs were easy to assemble, slightly hard to get out of the box. Reclines without effort. PU leather looks nice but is cold to touch, and if you sit with skin contact, hard to slide out of. I covered mine simply with twin fluffy blankets. My 6 ft tall son finds it comfortable. I often sleep in the other.
I really like this recliner. It is pretty comfy. You can wipe it clean. For the price I can't complain. The only thing I don't like is that the foot rest is really hard to shut when you when getting out. I have to close it after I get out. Maybe there is a trick I'm missing.
Nice Chair Paid $199. It was delivered yesterday, the outer box all tore up! Box pieces down the driveway! Opened rest of box, the actual chair has several rips tears and 6 puncture holes in it! Looks awful like it was thrown around! Called to try and get a refund, they told me I had to return the chair to the store in order to get a refund. I am disabled and homebound I can not physically return it. If returned and I order a new one how do I know that one wont be damaged too! Im so disgusted! I have pictures and video of the box and damaged chair! You even have a delivery picture that shows the box all tore up! Just disappointed big time I wont order again
I got an excellent deal on this TrumanPick Recliner, just 2 months ago, I paid extra for professional setup and the extended warranty, thinking it would give me peace of mind. Well, that didn't work. The positives: The chair itself is comfortable (when it works) %26 looks good, the price was great, and setup went smoothly once they arrived. The big negatives:Delivery was a headache. They refused to provide any advance notice—not even the day they'd show up. This made it impossible to plan around being home. I mean, who can wait around all week for a possible delivery. There is an issue with the chair, it's really hard to raise the food rest, just something wrong with the mechanism to raise it. At first I thought it was just me, but when my burly brother complained about it too, I decided to use my extended warranty. That's when I found out the extended warranty is only supposed to kick in after the manufacturer's warranty ends, which is fine, but finding contact info online is impossible—you have to dig through paperwork. I finally located mine, thank goodness I didn't throw it away, and started the claim process. The warranty support is non-existent. The provided number is an automated system promising a callback in 48 hours—they never call back. I've tried repeatedly with no resolution. Online claims aren't an option. I've been trying to get the extended warranty to kick in, I paid extra for that, someone needs to fix this recliner. They wouldn't let me handle it on-line, I had to call, but the line is constantly busy, I've tried over and over and, well you get it. Bottom line: Even with the extended warranty, there's effectively no way to get help or repairs when something goes wrong. It feels like the warranty is more of a profit add-on for the seller than actual protection for the buyer. If you're considering buying this or adding their extended warranty—think twice, save your money or look for brands/retailers with better support track records.I rate this experience 1/5 stars (points for the chair and deal, deducted heavily for service and warranty failures).
It is not really a recliner. It does not lock into full reclining position. So it is a chair with a footrest that pops up.
