TST E Bike 5 star review and free delivery shipping was faster than expected no need to buy the shipping fees just be patient these E Bikes are hot right now just took me back to the hover board days but you love adrenaline rush then get this bike it will hold your weight and allow you to still hit decent speed I weigh 136 lbs hit 21 mph on stock speed I wonder how fast I can go on max speed buy unlock the speed with the app but be safe wear a helmet and I recommend putting a tracker on your bike or keeping it in a safe place at all times because they will get stolen and thief will make the bike there own or they will even sell it. Ride fast stop at stop signs and always look both ways this bike is fast no joke I got my moneys worth it no need to ride non street legal bike it’s not worth the trouble have fun everyone but again be safe

The "Gooseneck" was upside-down.. the bike is great, the price is really good. I have another brand with double the motor "peak" size and there's no difference. Just get this one, it will go plenty fast. I am 240lbs 6 2" and i can ride this around ZERO problem. The battery will last longer than my sore butt. My brother and I rode these two around the state park for hours and got the batteries to "two bars left" Torque is good, but don't expect to pop wheelies.. Distance is good, i've personally done 30 or so miles no problem. Charging is straight forward, plug it in and wait for 5 hours. Trails are muddy around here, this is not a motorized dirt bike, it will fly through grassy fields, but don't expect to go mudding.

This bike is an EXCELLENT value for the price. Assembly was easy. Be careful with the derailer guard installation. It was not difficult to do, check tire alignment after the installation. Seat is comfortable. Power is good. Wish I had bought one for me, this was a gift for my son-in-law. Charger works well. Controls are pretty easy to use. A lock on the steering post would be a great addition and offer security from theft.

This bike is ideal for getting to work or any regular commuting. I’m 6’0 ft tall 195 pounds so it’s more comfortable if you buy the extra passenger seat if you’ll like a passenger bc I take up the whole seat to sit comfortably. Max speed has a lot of power so keep that in mind when using the throttle. It rides really nice and smooth but the assembly was a little tricky regarding taking out the screws and nuts. In other words this bike lives up to its name.

I’ve tested this bike for a couple of days now, and I’m genuinely impressed. The motor feels strong and responsive. It accelerates quickly even on uphill roads, and the 20”x4” fat tires make the ride very stable and comfortable. The overall build quality feels solid, and the suspension does a good job absorbing bumps. Battery life has also been better than expected for my daily rides. I originally thought I might return it, but after riding it more, I actually enjoy it a lot and have decided to keep it. For the price, performance, and fun factor, this bike is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!

This bike is amazing not only does it look great but also has great speed pick up and the battery life is also impressive. I highly recommend this E-Bike . Even support was very impressive they get back to you very quickly. Would definitely buy my next E-Bike from this company.

Bought as a gift for my son, received bike with torn seat and front light is not working properly. I bought extended warranty for nothing. Have contacted TST several times but they have me on a loop telling me items are on backorder. This was over two months now. Haven't seen or heard from them. We don't know how bike performs, to this day it has not been used. Cost more to get a refund that what it's worth. Restocking fees, shipping, etc. maybe they can exchange, no charge for another one, or a smaller TR002 or a TST R7. They were good at taking the money, now it's time to make things right. A reply would be a plus.

I’ve ridden hundreds of different electric bikes and this is probably the worst one so far. Throttle keeps sticking and causing me to almost crash.. battery life only last about 5 miles before it needs to be charged. It has absolutely no torque no power super slow. No hill, climbing ability. Geometry of the bike is all whack. Wheelbase is too short, making it unstable and the seat is too wide, making peddling almost impossible.

My review has to do poor customer support. The bike came damaged; the screen was broken off. The screen is critical to the bike because it allows for change of levels, light control, etc. it took me several hours to install this and then I realized the screen was broken. I just assumed you screwed it on at the end. I reach out to TST and they seem to pass this off to Walmart. This is an 80 lb bike so disassembling it, putting it back in the box, and dragging it to a physical Walmart store is near impossible. Buying this bike is a gamble because if you get something defective, good luck getting any customer support or resolution. See picture attached

One critical piece on the wheel assembly was missing a safety, hook, and sleeve washer. This prevented us from being able to assemble the bike and have it ready for Christmas Day.. customer service seems to be based out of China or you deal with an answering service that direction back to Walmart. Use caution if you buy this product, inspect everything inside all of its contents as soon as you receive it.
