The Witch Hazel Pads provide fast relief from "raw "area pain. (Mine is due to a pancreas infection: who knows how I got that? No one.) My Primary Care physician's nurse recommended them: I ordered them quickly). Only used the lidocaine cream a few times. Do remember these won't disintegrate like toilet tissue: discard into a waste basket. Have plenty on hand: you'll use at least 2-3 per day.

This is a handy little combo! Works like the full size wipes and cream, but in a purse sized combo. I love this combo and will buy more because it's discreet and convenient.

Wish the cream was sold in a larger tube on it's own. It's amazing. Best hemorrhoid cream I've used. It works quickly and helps keep them from coming back. Highly recommend!
