My chiropractor asks me to take Tumeric/Curcumin w/ pepper to “oil and lubricate “ my joints and taking it for just over a month, i believe it is helping me feel better and move- ment is better! I take 2 a day plus fish oil and doesn't effect bowels. Easy to swallow too!
My husband and I take it as we are older it helps with pain in joints and stuff, we mainly put it in our dogs food we have a mastiff and he is older he has joint pain. He eats it with his food, we open the capsules an pour it on his wet food.. seems to help with his joint pain.
My doctor recommended this because of joint pain and said she takes this herself. It takes a while to start feeling a little better every day. The capsules are easy to swallow because they are a small gel type capsule. No taste or after taste. It doesn't upset my stomach.
I purchased these for my husband, he has only started on these a week ago he said he doesn't feel like he has as much inflammation as before starting this supplement. I read up on turmeric and that is why I chose this one because it also has black pepper which you need with the turmeric to work properly. Definitely will purchase again!!
I really liked the fact that it is easy to take. It's not expensive and I really like them fact that I can order it and come straight to my house and I have ordered it again. Thank you.
I consider this a necessity as it aids in reducing inflammation. The bottle is user friendly and a great buy for the price
The capsules are easy to swallow. I started taking this for inflammation, and I am feeling some results after taking it a little over a week.
I am 85 so I have a lot of aces and pains so I take this every morning and it real helps my inflammation.
I didn't notice any pro or con from this supplement. Everyone's body functions differently, though. Easy to swallow, but larger dosing. I wouldn't buy it again because I don't think turmeric does anything for me in this manner. Maybe it will provide benefits for someone else!
Maybe it was just me but these weren't the easiest to swallow. Other wise they were good and were at a pretty good price. But if you have issues swallowing or are used to gelcaps these might not be the best product for you.
