I use so much of this is should have stick. I goes on smooth and it definitely helps with the pain in my neck and shoulders. I have used multiple brands of cream and did not have this much relief.

Tylenol lidocaine cream is the most effective lidocaine pain relief that I've tried. Use a light touch because it can feel hot.

This is the only pain relieving cream that actually helps my back pain. I have tried many. But it does get very warm, after several minutes. I would recommend to people with chronic back pain.
