This was a great choice for my elderly mom. She doesn't use a cell phone, so this is perfect for when the electricity goes off, I can still get in touch with her. She really likes that the buttons are on the handset.

I liked it for the hearing part but it didn't fit my wall Jack and I had to return it.

So far so good. It very light and kinda of on the cheap side. But overall, it serves its purpose. You can adjust the ringer to low or high. It is loud which is good for my elderly parents. Also, it lights up when a call is coming through, which is very visible. The volume is adjustable and that's good for my elderly parents who can actually her the person talk. Buttons are big and so are the numbers. There is NO backlight. So, you wouldn't see the numbers at night, unless you have the lights on. The directions suck. It says you can mount this phone but it didn't say how. How you get it to mount is to pop out the square plastic which is located under the button you press to end the call. Once you take that plastic tab out you just turn it around and insert it back in.

No high-tech function- this is just a simple basic phone that we will use during power outages. Seems to work just fine! The larger buttons will come in handy

i cant even give it 1 star. No place to hide the extra long cord and it wont fit on space designated for phones on my wall. No place for connector to fit. Dissatisfied.

THE PHONE DID NOT HAVE LETTERS PRINTED ON THE NUMBERS AND THE PHONE IS VERY LIGHT IN WEIGHT WHICH MAKES IT DIFFICULT TO USE.
