U-Haul Dish Packing Kit – for Dishes and Glassware – Includes 1 Box, 1 Cell Divider Unit, and 32 Assorted Foam Pouches

Product met my expectations %26 rcd in a timely manner.

I prefer a smaller box for carrying heavy items. Class dishes can become very heavy. I ended up putting soft items like towels, so I could physically pick up the box. All that means is I spent more money on more boxes because this was too large and heavy to carry.

These worked great for storing our fine dinnerware. Besides the foam inserts, the cardboard dividers are designed to allow space around the dishes and the sides of the box. This seems far more secure and reliable than just wrapping your good dishes with paper and stuffing in a box.

These boxes sort of work. They do not allow for a whole set of china which also comes with not just plates, salad plates, and bowls, but also comes with saucers for tea/coffeecups (and the tea/coffee cups) plus there is almost always a larger platter with a good set of china and there's no room for that or the matching china tea/coffee pots I have with mine, so they all have to be boxed separately with bubble wrap anyway. But they do handle the majority of the set.

I am disappointed, I expected more than a lightweight, flimsy box and dividers! The box was used for something else, the divider wasn't used at all. the foam sleeves are the only part of this set that really work the way they should.

There was great protection on our dinnerware, but there were issues. This probably accommodates most 8 piece dish sets, but our salad plates were still too big for the medium sized pouches. The box did NOT fit all of our dinner plates, salad plates, and bowls.

Was not so excited about this as I thought I would be. Needed this to work for my expensive china. The insert didn't allow for normal size plates and there were very few of the largest foam covers for those plates while there were way too many of the dinky size of which I couldn't figure what they could cover so I used to fill empty spaces.

The kit DID NOT come with a box as advertised. It only held the sleeves and cardboard cell dividers. I had to cobble together non-UHaul boxes that had the right width but were otherwise too small, putting it inside a large UHaul box that was too big otherwise, in order to make using the cell dividers possible. I was very disappointed.

I NEVER RECEIVED THIS ITEM I HAVE SENT THREE EMAIL AND NOT HEARD A WORD. The phone team says they can't help, by far the worst experience I've ever had dealing with a company. Every time I call they tell me to send an email I have now sent three and no one has responded to me.

Still haven't received the kit portion, an email was sent on 04/16 to support and I spoke to a representative on 04/18 after no response was received from support. Allegedly U-Haul was aware and just needed to get a tracking number. As of today the 20th there is still no follow up, no tracking, just 5 overpriced boxes. I am honestly disgusted with the lack of customer of service available for orders on this website, this will be the last time I use this service.
