Nice tree for small space
The company that made the tree made the evergreen branches spaced to far apart on the trunk. I had to fill it in by putting evergreen garland in the tree to fill the spaces. Love the height and width though, good for small space.

Good but lights have an issue
This tree is good quality for the price. Assembly was easy and straightforward, but the lights that come pre-attached, were stuck on the crazy multi-color strobe flashing lights. Felt like I could have a seizure with those things on. I've tried everything to change it to the warm white lights or anything else and nothing happens. Replaced battery on remote, unplugged, plugged in and nothing. So I can't use the lights and have to buy another set to replace the ones stuck on the tree. There's no direct Customer Service to talk to either. Perks of buying stuff online

It's a great little tree but the lights don't work. I tried contacting customer service but they must be overseas. I had to send an email because there is no customer service phone number.

Would give zero stars if I could!
The tree came with a stripped wire, missing a connector to connect the middle and bottom lights. Thanks for the disappointment!
