Lifesaver for me
I have chronic health conditions that have done some significant damage to my digestive system. This is helping me slow and steady every day to function like a normal human being. I am hopeful that it continues to work for me with absorbing nutrients, removing waste, and feeling energized.

Effective product
My doctor recommended this product after I had a kidney infections. After taking them for a couple months in noticed I was less bloated and had lost a few pounds. I started watching my portions and increasing my activity and I lost and additional 30 pounds, pounds.

Find what works for you
I gradually went from 25 to 50 and finally to 90. Took a little bit for my body to adjust to 90, but taking it with food helps me better. I feel great.

Still the best!
I've been taking this for about two years when I felt they were no longer working for me. I switched to another brand for two months and recently switched back to Renew Life Probiotics and they are working great!

Easy to swallow
All of my supplements are gummies, but I was tired of all that sugar. I also wanted a proper women's probiotic and they only come in capsule form. I have always had trouble swallowing pills but these are doable and haven't had any issues. I just take with coffee every morning.

So far best probiotics
I have been taking probiotics for six weeks now and I have noticed a difference in my overall health. I will definitely stick with this brand I bought the 50 billion and I bought the 90 billion I go back-and-forth if I take too many 90s in a row it's a little too strong so I go back-and-forth between the two and it's the perfect combination

It works pretty well-
I must admit, I had higher hopes. It is ok. I feel better and will keep using this because it is better than the others I have tried. I think maybe I'm just a very difficult case.
