Good Plan
I wanted to switch plans because I was only getting one arrow on old plan. Ultra Mobile became part of T-mobile. I bought the sim card and it was shipped to me. I had a hard time switching because my old plan wanted certain numbers. i kept calling back and forth. Finally the Ultra rep called my old plan with me and got it all transferred even though it took awhile, he hung into the phone call. Thank goodness for reps like him. The Ultra plan seems more professional than some of the others I in have had. And I finally have 5g.

Great Value but no Intl Calls
PROS - prepaid plan that offers unlimited data that's usable for hotspots. clear voice calls and compatible with most Intl phones. Easy set up for novice. CONS- no intl calling/ roaming on this Walmart bundle plan.

unable to activate! expired?
Received item from online purchase and noticed plastic tape/seal was broken. Tried to activate online and it said invalid. Called ultra mobile and once I finally reached an agent, I was told the sim card was expired even though the date on the card said use by 08/03/2027. Tried to request a return via Walmart and it said it was an unreturnable item. This is pathetic service from Walmart. Buyer beware!

Still haven't received my refund
Never got the item nor the refund I was promised. I was waiting at pick up then it said that I already received the item. When I never did. I called customer service and they talked to the store. The store said they were out of the item. The only email I got from Walmart was a 10 dollar off coupon. I paid for something they didn't have in stock and I never received. Never had problems with Walmart and usually have a great experience. At this point I feel robbed
