Good arm exercise

Samuel May 17, 2025

It's better than I expected. When I use it moves slightly on my desk, but is manageable. My physical therapist suggested that I move my arms more. This machine does that. It's LCD screen includes the time it is being used , which I like. I removed the links on the moving arm handles (intended for leg exercise) so it is better for just arm exercise.

I use this as an arm shoulder exercises since I had a shoulder surgery it was really easy to put together. The only thing I don't like is the clock if you're working in your arms, you cannot see the timer you would have to stand up to do it so maybe they should make one with a lift up timer that way you could see it while you're seated and maybe make the petals a little bit further out because anybody that has therapy knows that the petals are further away to where you can get a good exercise but other than that, it does what it's supposed to

We purchased this for my wife who in physical therapy for a broken leg to help give her Mobility ... which it does just that ... as for a hard workout the item is too light to be able to crank it tight enough to give you a hard workout ... but as I stated ... if it is Mobility that you are after this will get the job done

I have an issue with the screen...It doesn't shut off! So I can't keep track of my new workout progress. In the left upper corner there is STP, in the booklet it actually says STOP. I've tried pressing and holding the start button to no avail. I left it to see if it would shut off by itself-nope. It runs on battery so I guess I'm going to have to take it out and put it back in multiple times a day...oh...and THAT isn't easy to do. Don't use a screw driver because you'll crack the plastic (I wasn't taking that chance)

For what it's worth!!

Bryan July 21, 2025

The item seems to be well-made; however, when I first tried to use it, it would not stay stationary on my vinyl floors due to sliding. Also, it tended to slide if the chair I was on was too low and as I pedaled, I was pushing the machine away from me. If I can find a way to stabilize it, I would recommend this machine

I'm disappointed. it does work as a bicycle and it does help my arms, but every time I pedal weather with my feet or with my hands the pedals come off. so I recently discovered if I turn it around then I can pedal them back on. I'm just not happy with the product I'm ready to return it.

Not for me

Edel February 24, 2026

It was easy to assemble, but it is too light. It makes workouts difficult if not impossible. Even with the mat, the machine could not be used with any energy because it moves. Pedaling at the easiest pace was ok, but anything other than that caused the machine to move to the extent it was unusable. I will be seeking a refund.

The machine moves too easly because does not have any weight to keep it from sliding when pedaling. Ensambling of the pedals was very easy, But cannot use it. Sorry

Waste of money... Unusable

LINDA August 22, 2025

This is a joke! The unit will not pedal all the way around, actually stops every half turn. Does not stay in place and jumps all over the floor. The 4 pads on bottom of "legs" keep falling out!! What a waste of money!! DO NOT BUY!!!!
