I tried to return to Walmart. It's a third-party seller. I've tried contacting them. They told me to start the return process through Walmart when I purchased it. It said I had 90 days it's brand new not used and I'm out 70 something dollars because I can't get them to communicate with me I guess because they're out of China and Walmart won't do anything won't be shopping at Walmart anymore.

So the main and only issue is that the bracket is completely flat, it would be like sitting your AC on the floor. The problem with this is most AC's have a lip built at the bottom that's means to sit flush against the window ledge, this means that the AC doesn't sit flat and wobbles. If you do get it to stabilize then you have a rather large gap that you have to fill in your window. I would only recommend this if you have an AC that has no edging on the bottom.

Didn't fit my window very well. Nothing to hold air conditioner onto the bracket. The ac would be just sitting on the bracket. I felt that was a good chance of the unit sliding off or getting hit and being knocked off.

The nature of this item will leave a large gap under the AC unit so you will need some kind of foam rubber or something to fill that gap. (I used a cut-up pool noodle)

The feet rest against the side of the house, though not as firmly as I thought. I'll have to remedy that.

Easy to put together, easy to set in the windows. Very solid design and support.

No tool assembly %26 installation, I have 2 left thumbs but this was easy

Installation is easy. Just as described. Very sturdy. Excellent value for your money. I would purchase again.
