I was excited to get this E bike. It is exceeded all of my expectation. I love the look of it the feel of it and I think it was a great price for the product. I tried it out and it ride really nice. It's a very smooth ride I like the fact that it has the fat tires on there. I did switch the seat out and put a larger seat on there. This thing can go really fast so be careful when riding.

This is a very durable bike and my daughter loves it. Nice fat tires making it great for gravel and grass.

This is one of the best EBikes on the market. It is very easy to drive,long lasting battery,and it is built very well.I have recommended this bike to others and I always tell them the amazing speed in the shipment.I have bought a spare battery and brake pads. This bike is a keeper

As of 3/26/2026, about a week after recieving the bike and getting it together, I have to say that my first impression of this bike is incredible. The presentation straight out of the box was immaculate, and everything pre-assembled was done correctly. The instructions for assembly weren't too helpful, but I was able to figure it out after a little while, so definitely some more detailed assembly instructions are needed. Regardless, this thing is POWERFUL. It really goes up to high speed, much higher than my old bike! I have no doubts it can go to 28 mph, I'm honestly just scared to go that fast. There's no rattling or shaking from the bike itself at high speeds, thankfully, so I feel very in-control despite the insane speed. The battery life straight out of the box was also impressive. Even with half battery, I was able to make multiple back and forth trips from work (granted I don't live far) to home and still have battery life left. By far, this is one of the best electric bikes I have owned so far. I understand this is only the first week, so my review may change, but as of right now I am incredibly happy with this bike and can't wait to keep riding around town.

بصراحة هي حلوة فعلاً وعجبت ابني جداً جدا وخصوصاً اني اشترتهاله عشان يروح المدرسة بيها ويوفر ف الوقت وانا شايفه انها عمليه جدا وبتنجز ل الوقت والمجهود بس تعليقي الوحيد هو توفير أماكن للصيانه ليها وتوفير أماكن لقطع الغيار الخاصة بيها لو حاجه حصلت لها اقدر الاقي قطع غيار ليها ف اي مكان خصوصاً اني كنت اشتريت واحدة قبل كدا واضطريت ارجعها بعد اما ركبتها عشان ابني وهو بيجربها اول مرة فردة الكاوتش الخلفيه فرقعت وحاولت ان ابحث عن قطع غيار ليها حتي لا أضطر ان ارجعها ولكنّ للاسف لم اجد وهذا ما دفعني الي إرجاعها مرة ثانيه وقد اشتريت واحدة اخري ولكن لم نقم بتركيبها حتي الان واتمني ان لا اجد بها اي عيوب وان تكون سليمة ولا يوجد قطع مفقودة بها شكراً جداً

I had trouble with the assembly instructions..put simply vague. The battery life is long but not as powerful as I would like on inclines. The left brake hand lever sags and the handle bar keeps shifting to the left unless I manage to retighten. Also tends to tip over on the kickstand. Fine for the price…I would wait for a sale if I wasn't in a pinch to buy an e-bike.

2 things I DON'T like. 1)Handlebars can not be raised. 2) Battery life is minimal. Less than 30 miles per full charge Ride is smooth. Acceleration and overall speed is very good. Would probably be too small for someone 6 foot or taller. Extremely easy to put together from out of box

I received the bike with a chipped display screen and scratches on the bike looks like someone returned the bike

Sturdy bike but battery will not get close to reaching range advertised Contacted seller to determine if battery issue or charger issue or bicycle just won't do what they advertise and after a long string of emails and photos, the seller finally said they do not sell that brand of bicycle. E-bike was bought for long commute

I purchased this bike for my daughters birthday. The bike worked for one day. The battery wouldn't charge. I have emailed the company multiple times I have sent in videos, and every time they keep asking for something else saying I didn't have the key in the right place but after 2 videos I haven't heard anything back. And they key was in the on position. Their customer service is not acceptable. And the quality is terrible. 3 months of trying to swap out batteries and still nothing.
