The pool hose is well made, but unfortunately didn't fit on my filter pump.

they may or may not work for you. I have a best way sand filter and although the female ends on the hoses technically sort of will go on there and you can turn them with some difficulty but they do not... absolutely do not ..properly fit. there is no way to get them tight enough and you shouldn't have to pull out heavy tools. I spent quite a few very frustrating hours and I finally gave up. just a FYI I have the best way sand filter that has the orange fittings. and even though everything measures up right these hoses do not work. other than that who knows they may be great if they fit on your pump then you're probably just fine they are good thick heavy material everything about them is great except they don't fit. and that's kind of important.
