I needed earphones %26 microphone in order to participate in online research interviews. This product is perfectly adequate for my purpose %26 much more affordable than other similar items I looked at. If you're some kind of audio snob, they may not be up to your standards, but they work fine for me.
The product was received on time and it was very good quality.

Even with the missing stars- I would still recommend. The packaging threw me off, it was in a plastic bag. But Sound on them is Amazing! I was surprised by their cheaply made design but its functional. The Mic is very flexible and light weight. The ear pieces are so LIGHT no pressure of pressing on head. The sound and comfortable is why I would recommend. It was already cheap in price so I felt I got what I paid for but the quality is there for working from home or anything.
At times the sound has like a tunnel effect which makes it hard to understand the customer. I uncover one of my ears and it slightly improves the sound. But the headsets are comfortable and easy to maneuver....
Lightweight but not comfortable - ear discs need to cover ears better to hear caller better and this says it has noise cancellation features - don't believe it - callers were able to hear my teammates conversations in the background in our call center as clear as a bell .
there is no noise cancelling at all .. my clients can hear any and everything the worst buying new ones as we speak
Sound quality was decent for my needs, but a buzz developed in the right ear after one month, right outside the window to return it. I guess it's good if you need it for a month, but I wish I invested in something better. Would not recommend
