The MAX ABSORPTION, Vitamin D3 + K2 (MK-7) Sublingual Liquid Drops with MCT Oil is an OK supplement, as far as the Vitamin D3 goes, because it does seem to work. However, I would not recommend this particular format. The Bottle states: 1 Drop daily, but the Dropper is useless. It keeps dripping out and by the time you either get it to your Mouth or into a Glass to mix with something, a lot of Product has dripped out, because the Dropper doesn't hold it in at all, it drips constantly. Then when trying to dispense, it's hard to tell whether a Drop or more came out. So I may have taken more than the daily Drop suggested on the Bottle. I have tried holding it at different angles, even upside down, but it just gets the Oil all over the Dropper or the Bottle. The other issue is the Flavour. The MAX ABSORPTION, Vitamin D3 + K2 (MK-7) Sublingual Liquid Drops with MCT Oil are made from Olive Oil and have Peppermint Oil added. I normally like Peppermint, but this particular Oil does not taste good at all. I tried mixing it with Water and Juice, but that makes it worse. So the easiest I found is taking it straight from the dripping Dropper and drinking something afterwards to chase the unpleasant Taste away. I simply can't recommend this Product and I will stick to my Vitamin D3 Gel-Pills, much less hassle and no unpleasant Taste.
