Functions just as it should
Our oven has been cooking hot and unevenly, so I put two of these thermometers in to measure the temperature. When the oven was set at 400 degrees, one thermometer measured 405 in the front left, and the other measured 425 in the back right. That seems to be consistent with how my food cooks, so I'm pleased with the accuracy. I'm in the US so I like that the temperature reads in Fahrenheit, but it's also displayed in Celsius if you prefer the metric system. I was able to balance the thermometer on the rack so it wouldn't fall through. On my oven even if it became unbalanced it still wouldn't fall through the slats. It would just be a little lopsided. Works as expected!
