I can't believe I waited this long to buy this food processor!!! It is simply wonderful. I have found many uses for this amazing kitchen tool. I was watching Ina Garten cooking show and she used it with. Such ease- I thought I need one of those food processors.. I am so happy I purchased this processor.
Great product from a complete line of great things. This food processor is ideal for us. I do a small amount of baking so the size is just right for our needs. Everything as far as using it was very easy to navigate and was explained in easy to understand terms. All around a well made, affordable and trustworthy item.
This new food processor replaced our old Cuisinart, another 11-cup model that we used for over 20 years! I am especially happy about the new work bowl top, the simple one without the feed tube. We almost never need to use the feed tube, and the simple work bowl top is much easier to clean. The new model is very sturdy and the simplified set of attachments take up less space then their predecessors.
My sister gave me a Cuisinart food processor (used) about 30 years ago. It performed valiantly for all this time. I have super-glued pieces of it back together many times but the plastic parts finally called it quits, so, I bought a new one! It's a workhorse.
Love this food processor! I had an older one that I purchased at a house sale. The new one is similar in design, but has a better plastic bowl than my old version (may be from the 1980s!). It is easy to use and easy to clean. I use it mostly for making hummus, pecan butter, and also for preparing fruit for canning (before I cook it), to make sauces. It is a joy to use. Very nice classic design.
The Food processor is the best one we have ever bought. It has a very strong motor and cleans up very easy. It dose not move on counter when blade is moving. It's very good quality also. Also takes up little room to leave it out on counter. I give it five stars. Very good product.
I originally got my first food processor from my mother in law 40 years ago or near that time. It finally became hard to get the safety switches to work, so I bought another one, it's exactly the same size and pretty much identical as the old one, it's a little lighter, but packs the same power as my old one. There was no learning curve for this one, made it much easier to operate right out of the box. If this one last 40 years it will be the longest two machines I've ever owned. Hope everyone gets as much use as I do with there's.
This is the third Cuisinart food processor I've had. I've liked all of them. The first one was too small and the second one I had for maybe twenty years and I wore out the off button, so I asked for one for Christmas. I still use it at least 3 or 5 times a week. It makes food prep easier.
It appears to be well made; however, when I used it to prepare dough, it didn't seem powerful enough and stopped working, likely due to overload. It started working again after cooling down. For tasks other than heavy-duty uses like dough preparation, it should be more than sufficient.
This item is a classic that can help around the kitchen. it is very helpful for the Epicurean in all of us. it should be considered as a staple kitchen item for those who like to chop up their food and use those pieces of food to diversify nutritional diets in kitchens around the nation.
