This stuff works like a charm
This Valerian works amazingly! I would recommend it to anyone that needs a little help getting to sleep, especially on stressful days. I have tried loads of supplements, and this one is by far the most effective.

Sleepppppp pleaseeee💓
I have only taken this four nights in a row with a little bit of water right before I go to bed. It doesn't taste bad doesn't leave an aftertaste. I've been getting some decent sleep. I wanted to try this instead of the strong, sleep aids, and melatonin, which made me super groggy, I am happy with it so far and the price wasn't bad so if you're having these issues it's worth a try.

The first bottle worked great, but the second bottle seemed to have no "effect". Also, I had no problem with the first bottle "leaking" but second bottle leaks from the top. Weird.
