well this item just arrived today so i have no idea how it works but i leave clear instructions on website and also a professional printed note that I want any items delivered to my carport but no they are constantly delivered to the porch which is in bright sunlight and I do not use that entrance so items can be damaged from the heat if left at this entrance.

I don't appreciate, poor quality, zinc, and poor quality vitamin C being added as a cut to high-quality berberine. I prefer Japanese berberine supplement combinations. They contain probiotics and probiotics, as well as licorice and other soothing herbs. Berberine alone is not that great for IBS.
