Verizon Wireless Motorola e5 Go 16GB Prepaid Smartphone, Black

For the first time I feel I have a good phone for the money. I was going to purchase this phone on line but decided to try Walmart. I'm glad I did because I saved $60.

Arrived on date expected. Took to nearby Verizon store who installed battery and also put sim card from my Moto e4 into the new phone. For some reason phone failed to restore text msgs from the e4 and Verizon was unable to do it. Thus a rating of 4 stars instead of 5. Phone seems a good value especially considering the very reasonable price. I have found that this phone does not consistently have a good enough bandwidth for Telepath communication. But otherwise it is a reliable, easy to use phone. Verizon is my provider.

My review has more to do with Verizon than the phone itself. I'm disappointed with Verizon. TracFone is much better. The phone itself is basic but has one good thing and one flaw. The flaw is the SIM chip slot. You need pliers to take out the chip. The good thing is the front camera flash. Most cheap phones only have a back camera flash, but none at the front. As you can imagine, a $35 phone is not meant for any heavy gaming or graphics dense app. It's just for traditional phone use.

Not that impressed with the latest version of Android. The phone and camera are not as easy to operate as earlier versions. The phone has done away with the fingerprint sensor, requiring PIN entry every time you open the screen. Tiresome.

this started out a good phone but. the more u keep your phone up to date on system .of the phone the slower it goes and it freezes alot I had this phone for a year now

Worst phone I've ever had. Battery life sucks. It's slower than molasses. I guess you get what you pay for.

This phone is useless and I want my money back called to get it set up and Verizon Wireless told me that this phone was a post paid phone and it was under someone's contract and they owe money on it. This was supposed to be a brand new phone.
