Don't let the assembly instructions discourage you. You are woman enough to put it together. I assembled it myself with a lot of time, patience, and dance breaks. It was worth it. I've just started my weight training journey, and this bench makes it feel legit. Well worth the money.

Bought for a gift for large frame guy 200 some lbs. It's very sturdy.

It was easy to put together. Pretty sturdy but so far the main weight I’ve been using is 35 LBS. It came with the tool kit, you don’t have to have anything extra, and the tools were pretty good quality. I didn’t pay full retail price. It was on sale for like 70 bucks but it’s well worth it.

I like everything about it. Only wish the seat can also raise up when lifting in different positions. Other than I do recommend this.

I am missing screws so I can't put it together all the way…. From what I CAN see it looks good quality, it's a good size and has a nice seat.

I received a comparable but wrong bench in a damaged box. I didn’t realize that the bench was slightly damaged and not what I ordered until after I assembled it. I didn’t feel like disassembling it and placing it back in the damaged box for return. There were also no phone numbers provided to contact the company with my concerns.

This bunch is very small and short. Even for a woman this is small. This is more for a child not an adult. I do not recommend this bench for an adult.
