Very good bench, especially for the price. It's very light, easy to assemble, and easy to fold and tick away.
This is NOT one of those heavy-duty benches one finds at the gym; it's not meant to be. But I can still do chest-presses with dumbells; spider curls; inclined chest-presses; chest flies; triceps dips; and all the other standard bench-based exercises.
I do have one bit of advice, though: If you intend to sit on the bench with its back raised and your chest to the raised portion -- to do spider curls, let's say -- anchor the bench with heavy dumbells by laying them across the bench's feet.
