Great flavor that added to the dish I prepared. Better than some other name brand Italian bread crumbs. This has become the brand I will use in all of my future Italian dishes that utilize bread crumbs.

Meatballs and chicken cutlets
I'm Italian and very particular in the way I make my dishes. This is the ONLY brand of bread crumbs I buy to make chicken cutlets and meatballs. I am noticing that there is a bit of a flavor and smell difference from about a year ago. They've changed something and I can't place it. I will still use it though because no other breadcrumbs can compare.

My family likes the flavorings of Italian spices, the way it taste, texture, etc. The only flaw is the fact that when I looked at the listed ingredients it does not state it contains bio- engineered ingredients. I have to keep those "ingredients" yo an absolute minimum as they effect my digestive system.
