If you're looking for a pillow that won't go flat, this is the pillow for you. Even when sitting up in bed against it, it does not flatten but almost hugs your weight with support. cool touch on the blue side and soft cozy white side. It is a bit thick for my liking but it is definitely a supportable non flattening memory pillow.

This pillow is so amazing!! You should not even think twice about buying this pillow!! It has a "feel" that was very different from any pillow I can recall owning. I was unsure about how it felt under my head until the next thing I realized was that the entire night had passed and I was in almost the exact position I fell asleep in! I just had a 101.7 fever. The cooling side of the pillow was such a help. I do use the bamboo side all the rest of the time and it does not heat up at all either. I have recommended this pillow! My sister bought one and she loves it as well.

Hardest pillow I've ever had. May as well get a bag of concrete mix and sleep on it. Waited 3 days b4 sleeping on it and took out a Walmart sized bag of foam after the first nite and a second bag full after the second nite. Wife and I both hurting in the neck and shoulder!!!! HATE IT!!!!

I will NEVER buy from this seller again. I ordered 3 sets of 2 queen size pillows. I only received one box with 2 sets of 2 pillows each, %26 I’m missing a 1 set of 2 pillows. I only received 4 pillows instead of 6. I would have love to had my missing 2 pack of pillows, but now I want a REFUND. I have emailed, called, %26 called Walmart customer service. The Cozy company DON’T answer their phones. They emailed me back saying, my order was delivered. NO HELP AT ALL. That’s the only reply I have received. I hope no one else goes through this with Cozy Array.

A complete scam, the product did not arrive, they sent an empty box, I hope they make the return, waste of time, buy any product through Walmart.com, they are not responsible for anything, what a disaster of service, do not buy from Cozy Array because you will lose your money, I do not understand how Walmart continues to allow These sellers continue offering products that never arrive, scamming people

I ordered hearth and home brand . Paid top dollar for it. Instead I received a different brand. Less expensive. Nestl. Basically a bait and switch. When I tried contacting they , they never replied back. On sheer principle, I shall not be buying from this company again.

BEWARE BEWARE SCAMMERS. I am only clicking on one star because it is making me do so to post this review. They do not even deserve one star. BEWARE DO NOT BUY from this company. They are not credible they will not respond to your messages. They will not answer a phone call. You will not get what you ordered. I ordered 2 king pillows, 20x36 and 2 body pillows. I received 3 king pillows 18x36. When I called Walmart. They said it was a 3rd party vendor, and most of those venders say you get what you pay for. That is what I was told. Well, that is not what I ordered. So that statement doesn't make any sense. Walmart needs to better check their 3rd party vendors. I am not looking at the vendors. I'm looking at Walmart, that is who I bought it from. They should be making sure the 3rd party vendors have the same customer service as Walmart does. Dealing souly with creditable companies that have nothing but great reviews. I should've read the reviews before buying. I will not make that mistake again.

I have not gotten them yet so I can,t comment on their quality but I did just cancel my order. Walmart isn't selling it they simply send the information to another company the wash their hands of it and collect their commission. They couldn't even cancel my order directly so I have to wait 48 hours to find out if it's even canceled! When I buy black friday sale item from Walmart I expect to deal with Walmart and not have them send my information to a company I don't know. I'm realy going to be upset if I find out they sent my credit card info to some other company. Wheni put In my request to cancel Walmart sent me an email saying if the company doesn't cancell it's my problem to return it to the company,if I buy a product from Walmart I should be able to returning to Walmart!

I ordered the item with two king size pillows inside. I received my package with one standard size pillow inside. I have tried to contact the seller with no reply. I recommend do one to order from this place. When ordered it states two king size pillows not one standard pillow. I have contacted WalMart and they will be called back tomorrow if the seller does not contact me back. This is not how business should be done.
