Definitely helps me to wind down into good sleep at night. I have not had any residual tiredness or groggy hangover feeling the next morning. I feel it has improved my sleep. I got this originally to help my mother sleep while sick. However, I tried it after it helped her. At 54, I had not slept a restful 8 hours since starting menopause in my early forties. This happens to be the best flavor Melatonin brand for my kids. For some reason in my area they stopped carrying this brand in the store and have Natrol brand, which is nasty. I had to order Vitafusion brand online. I'm happy they still have it. Fast acting and a nice flavor.

Decent taste, not too sugary tasting, 1 gummy works if you don't use it often. 4 stars because, unlike other similar brands and members mark, this product leaves me with odd to frightening dreams, every single time, no matter if taking 1 or 2 gummies in a dose. I do not typically dream at all that i can recall.

These are not the same as they were about 6-7 months ago. Now they taste really really cheap. Low quality taste and texture. Stay away! Buy another brand!

I have enjoyed this product in the past for the awesome taste and effectiveness however the lates bottle tasted like they forgot the flavoring.

These used to be the best melatonin gummies. They were chewy, good flavor and they worked. This new bottle is horrible but didn't say anything about being new. They don't taste good and are like chewing on rubber. Bring back the old ones!

Found to be misleading. Picture and title description refers as “extra strength” and 5mg. The product details do not indicate that and didn't realize it until I received the item and discovered the dose is 2 gummies to get the 5 mg. Afterwards I read that in the product specifications. This fact should be clearer on the website so customers will know they are only 2.5 mg.
