I mean, they're salt pills. No one in the market for this type of supplement is going to be taking them for fun. They get the job done and usually keep me from having to go to the hospital for hyponatremia.

Such a good supplement for POTS with MCAS. Small easy to swallow capsules, easy on a sensitive ibs stomach. Tried buoy, karalyte, earthly and this is by far the best and cheapest!

The electrolyte I was taking was 2 pills in a single pckg. This is so much better - 1 pill, 2 huge bottles (1 yr supply for me AND hubby) for a great price. Will definitely order again.

I bought this brand because it is manufactured in the United States. Tablets are 1/2 inch in diameter with no coating or filler ingredients. Just salt. Quality is fine.

Works wonderfully to replace sodium lost due to medication interaction. I made 2 ER visits before starting to take sodium tablets. Tablets are a lot less expensive!

i wanted the three pack as last time.

Tried taking numerous times with and without food. Tried cutting in half, in fourths. Every time I tried writhin probably 1 minute I would vomit. Same every time I took it. I need extra sodium %26 thought this would do the trick but just can't stomach it.
