It is hard to know for sure a supplement is working or doing what it says it will. All you can do is trust that it actually makes a difference based of research. I have been using Black Garlic Extract for quite some time. This small bottle has 60 capsules in it and is a 30 day supply. You are suppose to take 2 a day. This info is also on the back of the bottle. I have included 2 pictures - one of the bottle and one with a few of the capsules in a small bowl so you can see how big they are. If you have trouble swallowing pills this may be difficult for you. But as it is capsule form you can pull them apart and just swallow the contents with some water. I have done that before. You can also see from the picture it is not a huge bottle so it does not take up too much space in the cabinet. I would recommend this product to others and will purchase in the future.

This product is wonderful for lowering blood pressure and cholesterol I highly recommended it!
