works faster and longer than the timed release tabs that i was taking before..since i was taking 10mg tabs..i only needed to take half a dropper of this..will keep buying.

Works wonders for exactly what it's supposed to do takes about 30 minutes if not less for it to help you go to sleep.

doesn't work as said at all if there is a way i could talk to the company that made this ,OH MY ,THIS DOES NOT ANY RELIEF OF SLEEP I WAS UP FOR 36 HOURS AND IT STILL DIDNT HELP,I WENT BY ALL THE INFORMATION IT SAYS ON BOTTLE, VERY UNSATISFIED.
