I can fall asleep but had a hard time staying asleep. And even though I wouldn't fall asleep until midnight or later, I would always wake up at the latest 7am. I constantly felt tired and sluggish. Just didn't feel like I was getting enough sleep. And I remembered about Melatonin, so I decided to try it. I still go to bed late, but now I'm waking up at 10:00-10:30. And I'm retired so I don't have to worry about making it to work. However, I take other medications. So if someone who works can't sleep, I'd certainly give it a try. Maybe try on weekend first time.

This product does not seem to have the strength 20% melatonin that's advertised.

works faster and longer than the timed release tabs that i was taking before..since i was taking 10mg tabs..i only needed to take half a dropper of this..will keep buying.

I add a few drops to my decaffeinated tea at night. Tastes good and is relaxing.

One dropper before bed and I am asleep.

Works wonders for exactly what it's supposed to do takes about 30 minutes if not less for it to help you go to sleep.
