Whenever I need help sleeping
Since I had lung cancer, whenever I need help sleeping, I take one of these gummies before bed and I get a good night's sleep. I don't always need a whole gummy and can take half and still get the rest I need. They are tasty and easy to chew.

They help my husband who has a hard time sleeping

30 mg melatonin
this product when taken should be good for at least 6-7 hours. I woke up after taking this 30 mg. at 9PM totally awake at 12 PM. Maybe it was the gummy product. I will not buy it again.

This is the first time I've purchased these. i was supposed to get two jars but only got one. Walmart said they'll send me another jar. We'll see; they usually come through for me.

I've tried taking it many times but it doesn't work at all. I'm not sure it's the brand or what. I bought the 2 pack so it's just a waste of money because I had to discard everything.
