This is a very strong dose of D3. I am able to take it just once a week to help my kidneys. They have a good taste so that's a plus.

Quality product
Doctor recommended that I take these for a few weeks after breaking my ankle and having surgery to pin everything back in place. I was impressed with the super fast delivery as well as the quality of the product.

A weekly Vitamin D3
I'm not good at taking meds daily. I forget. With my Vitamin D been low before n doc told me to do a D supplement. This one I take once a week. So much easier to remember to take it. Chew them up is fast but not a good taste cuz sugar free

Once a week D3 is more economical and easier to take. I set a weekly reminder on my phone so I dont forget. The jar lasts a lot longer for the money and my D3 levels have increased. Dont forget to take a K2 along with it.

These are tiny! That's not a bad thing. Lol Mainly got a gelatin taste. So the taste is very tolerable. Decent price. Did take a couple of days for Walmart to ship.
