Finished the bottle. I bought this for anti inflammation effect. It is nice but i did not notice any huge difference. Taste and convenience is nice. Ingredients are good. It is of good quality, i think if you use consistently it might make a difference yes but one bottle won't.

Warning to customers like me who can't handle extremely sweet things. I had been using another amazingly delicious Tumeric/Black Pepper/Ginger by another brand that recently almost doubled their price. I switched to this product because it was a reasonable price. I had to spit it out because it tasted so bad %26 was way too sweet. Returning if still possible.
