Nutritional defiency and stress
i TAKE IT WITH VITC AND CAL/MAG BECAUSE IF YOU just take b1 aone as much as i do a day without the other two the 50 mg of b1 last appox 31 mins in your system that is why i take it through out the day to nt create a nutritional defency and that would cause you teeth to fall out.
