stabilize your hemoglobin levels
Dr recommended. Helped keep my low hemoglobin steady and actually slowly inproved. Vitamin C helps make the iron more effective.

improved bloodwork level
Pro: My daughter takes one daily with orange juice (absorption w vitamin c; avoid dairy for a few hours). Her iron level and energy have improved to normal. Con: Consistent ability to order; price/supplier/no dye variety or "out of stock" each time a reorder is needed (several times a year)
