When playing Xbox mainly or sometimes watching smart cast the screen goes nuts and freezes for a few then goes back to normal don’t know why but wish it could be fixed or if not fixed replaced
Good picture for price, but multiple issues 4 months in… looking into Vizio support to try to get this replaced. This is the only tv I’ve ever had issues with in my entire life.
Do not buy this product. Started flickering in 6 months. Its been more than a month I raised a service request and Vizio still haven't replaced it. Every time I call the customer service department, they say it will take 5 to 7 business days, still no replacement.
I bought it in March and it just died today, the screen started having vertical and horizontal purple and green lines like static on the screen. I did all the trouble shooting they wanted me to do. Now I have to wait 1-2 days for someone to come fix it. It’s wall-mounted and out of reach and just did this out of the blue. Quite annoyed.
I’ve had this TV for 6 months and I’ve had multiple issues with it. The first 4 months were great and had no issues but the tv screen would just randomly start glitching out and looking staticy. I reset to factory settings and it seemed to fix the issue. About a week ago, the audio speakers on the tv randomly went out, I tried resetting the tv multiple times and nothing has worked. I contacted Vizio support and they are sending a “technician to repair my tv in 5-7 days” but I still haven’t been contacted by repair services. It’s been a few days since the audio went out and now the tv screen is glitching again. Overall very unhappy with this purchase and will never repurchase.
So frustrated! Regret purchase!!!!! Constantly dealing with the vertical and horizontal lines! Most of the time! Picture quality is never good no matter how you adjust! I've already been for months talking to Vizio techs and still no help! After reading other comments on the same topic, never again! Beware people! Never again
I bought this TV in mid April and put it up on the wall the same day in my guest room. today is September 5th. I've turned it on less than 10 times and its already gone out. what a waste of money. I'll stick with Samsung.
I had the same thing happen to my Vizio M series 50 inch TV. Green and purple lines on my screen making it unusable. Vizio has said they will replace my TV but it has been almost 1 month and I have yet to recieve this replacement and service.Very disappointed as I have been a Vizio customer for more than 10-15 years.
Don't buy this TV, Its software is worst. It stops audio intermittently. You have to restart whole TV. It has no option to delete or add Apps of your choice I want to remove YouTube and few European apps and add few other but heck there is no option for that. Visio recommends to re-order streaming apps to suite the need. Its a piece of crap.
Got this tv 3/21/22 ... Made it 7 months and the horizontal lines started =( This is the second or 3rd vizio with the same issue.. I've owned 10 vizios so far .Why isn't there some type of recall with this many bad screens???? Vizio is sending a new tv but if it's only going to last a few months or break the day after warranty whats the point. We should get a refund too! i guess i am going to have to find a new brand.
