Moved recently and could smell the chlorine in the city water. Researched filtration systems, but decided to go with a pitcher for convenience and price, since there are just two of us and we were only concerned with drinking/cooking water. The difference in taste and scent is obvious. Also, the speed at which it filters is incredible.
I'm very sensitive (allergic?) to my great tap water (small town) even in cooking so I tried Brita and had same issue, then tried PUR and have been using that for 5 years. The last year the filters took forever to filter requiring me to take out and shake every time! I found Waterdrop on Walmart's site, researched it, and gave it a try and Am I Glad I Did!!!! It filters fast! so fast I was afraid it wouldn't work! It tastes great, no problems with my issue at all, and the filter lasts much longer than the 2 month Pur filter! Regarding taste - filters take out minerals that give water the taste many find missing in filtered water as I have issue with 1 or more minerals that's exactly what I need, but it also filters much more than Brita and I believe filters faster and lasts longer than even Brita! This is a Great, Fantastic Buy!
This the first filter picture I've purchased. Love the pitcher Most of all love that the filter is supposed to clean 200 gallons of water. I didn't see any info in the box on how to re-order filters but I'm sure I can find it. It definitely takes all the fluoride and chlorine taste out of the water (water is almost undrinkable here in Colorado Springs). Anyhow, thanks, H.
Can taste a difference in the water. Way better!! Gave my dog some in his bowl and checked later that evening and he drank way more than when I've given him plain tap water. I water my plants with it now. I've had it for a lil over a month and no complaints 😃
I love this brand. Only discovered Waterdrop from Amazon purchases BUT for some reason the pitcher was flimsier. The filter can last up to 2 mos and the water has a great clean crisp taste to it. I don't care for Brita or Pur. I've gone back and forth too so it's not a fly by the night choice. This one is a wee bit heavier but sturdier
I love this 10 cup water filtration pitcher. I stopped drinking bottled water after years and tried pipe water. Drinking pipe water made me ill. I then tried this filtration pitcher and it made a big difference in my life. It tasted like water should, no chlorine taste. The design was perfect for me, and fits perfectly in my fridge. It's a pitcher so very easy to use and hands free when refilling. Ease of use was a big thing for me. I would recommend and I would buy again.
I'm very happy with this water filter pitcher. It's very easy to use and the water tastes so much better that straight from the faucet. I also like the fact that I don't have to purchase water bottles which is better for the environment and my wallet. I haven't had to replace the filter yet so I don't know how economical it is in the long run but so far I'm very satisfied.
The water is very tasty that comes from the water drop picture. My major concern is how well it is filtered because it is so fast. Can it possibly be taking everything out of the water? Aside from that, I do find this picture a little bulky, and I've gotten used to the pore- through top. It actually works best putting it under the faucet directly. When you use another picture to fill it, you must be careful that the water doesn't spill over the top. It doesn't always receive the right kind of pressure and it doesn't open fast enough for the water to pour through. I have used it to remove a woody taste from our well water but now I have chlorine. Not excited about that, but I'm sure it will do the job.
I use the pitcher and place it inside the refrigerator on a door shelf. I prefer the pitcher over the filter that connects to the faucet. For me, the pitcher is much more convenient.
competitive sale price. pitcher is heavy- best placed on lower shelf of refrigerator. color selection not current with trending colors. my pitcher arrived 1 day after promised date ( probably due to holiday) the box was was unopened and in perfect condition. The pitcher was well packaged. the indicator lite lit to set but would not remain lit. The instruction manual states this is a probable battery issue. the warranty is for 90 days. my hold time on call to customer service was over 16min.
