This was the perfect size for me. It goes a bit higher than the average steps. It feels very secure and I have no fear of it falling or collapsing. since it collapses flat, it's easy to store.

Bought this for my brother. He has used it to hang curtains, change light bulbs, and put things on high closet shelves. He has commented on how sturdy it is. Glad I chose this one that can hold weight up to 330 pounds. It was on sale, so it was definitely a good buy.

This step stool is very sturdy. The steps are nicely spaced, and they are extra wide. This is great if you need to move from side to side or front to back of the step to maneuver around. It folds compactly, and opens easily, too. There is a snap-lock device on the step stool that stops it from accidentally folding up while in use. The bar on the front is great to use as a handle when reaching, and also prevents you from moving too far forward and accidentally falling off the step. Very safe, sturdy and handy. And at a great price! I wish I had bought this years ago, as I am only 5'4"! Now, I can reach everything in my house easily and safely!

A nice sturdy step ladder. The reason I gave it only 4 stars is because the steps should be placed a bit farther apart from one another so that you don't accidentally crack your shin on the top step (which I did but won't do again. Ouch!) Otherwise it's a great little stool. Well built.

I find the bottom step is a little "soft" and gives when you step on it, however overall I am very pleased with this product.

Only Lasted 9 months with very occasional use. Stepped down from top step to bottom step while getting down and bottom step completely caved in.

The description says this stool has non-slip rubber step mats and non-slip rubber feet on the bottom. NOT TRUE. They are cheap, slippery, bendable plastic and are in fact the opposite of non-slip. The first step I took sent it sliding across the floor. NOT SAFE.

the bottom step bent in half the first time he used it. it said rated for 330 lbs, and he is nowhere close to that.
