Webroot Internet Security Complete + Antivirus

I have used Webroot internet security for several years now. It has worked very well in keeping my laptop virus free. I urge you to try Webroot services, you'll be glad you did.

I have used Webroot exclusivly on all my computers and recommended it to several friends and we all love the product. It is cost effective and does the job without tieing up the computer or filling up the hard drive!

Excellent product, I have been using now for many years and zero issues. Over about 10 years, 3 false positives during this time. One real virus/phishing app on Android pjone identified, further zero virus or cyber attack issues experienced. Light on resources, I would highly recommend your product.

I have been with WebRoot since 2007. I have renew every year. When I renewed this last year, I kind of got lost with a new computer, new printer and of course my age. Things has gotten harder for me to keep up with things. I believe I have received the proper software keeping my computer safe. Webroot, I have been with you a long time. Keep me safe ( have until 2027). Thanks

I used one credit card that I thought was denied. I used another credit card that was accepted. When I got my statements back it showed both cards were accepted.on 4-11-26 was from Up connection. The other credit card was from US Bank on 4 -11-26.I should have two years of service instead of one.Let me know what's going on. Thank You

One major problem with this is it just seems to always be trying to sell you additional stuff, which is not how it was a few years ago!! Just seems to have lost its focus on the customer and the service!

With new renewal , why am I getting multiple crap invading my computer with messages like you have various viruses , with some starting a scan of theirs. Shouldn't my Webroot be blocking this stuff.

Although a repeated check via the website confirms that I have renewed my subscription to Webroot, I keep getting EMAILS telling me that it has expired and that I need to renew. No, I don't. And telling Webroot (also via email) that this is happening has not prompted any Webroot living human to override the computer program (or hacker?) that's sending out the emails saying I need to renew. WRONG!

I don't understand Webroot. There seems to be no way to fix the problems it uncovers. What's the point of the product if it just shows you the problem. If I'm wrong about this let me know and I'll consider changing my review.

I was billed four times for the same item. I noted the double billing and contacted service. They agreed to reimburse the second billing and did but billed me again. I once again contacted them and they agreed to reimburse the third billing and did, but the next day billed me again. So I again contacted they and they did say they would reimburse me. I am waiting for that, but at least they have billed me again at this date
