Chow Mein Pan Fried Noodles
The best tasting noodles for making Chow Mein. Very easy to prepare and make for four servings. I wish it was sold in a much larger package.

Easy to cook
Bought these noodles 3x. Enjoyed them a lot! Make sure you don't over cook them and rinse with very cold water to keep them from sticking and have them firm up before you stir fry. I fried my noodles with using vegetable oil and cooked them with: 2 Tbsp Dark %26 normal Soy sauce, oyster sauce and about a tbsp of sugar. Tasted great! Vegetables optional :)

I love noodles that I can fry after boiling and these are great but make sure you rinse after boiling or they stick together.

Premium Noodles
These noodles come in two flat sections, and one seems to be about right for one person. They are good quality, good-tasting noodles but for the money I have started using ramen noodles instead for my stir-fry.
